Shipments From Us

Once your glasses are complete, inspected and ready to ship, here is what you can expect from us.
We package your order securely, and hand deliver to the shipping carrier for distribution.
We'll notify you via email that you order has shipped and is on it's way.
At any time you may Login to your account to track the status of your shipment.

Here are some tips to help with making sure your frames get to us and order processed in a timely manner.
Please include your order number or a printed copy of your order invoice.
Use a clean, sturdy box that has room for additional padding material.
Clearly print or type the return and delivery address on the top of the package.
We recommend using a shipping carrier that can provide tracking information.
Once we receive your frames, we'll send you a notification and start making your lenses.
