Do you accept insurance?
Although we don't accept insurance, our prices are usually lower than other opticals even after insurance benefits are applied. Also, some insurance companies will accept an invoice copy for reimbursement. Check with your insurance company, and if so, you can request an emailed invoice copy from our Contact Us form.
When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card is charged at the time you place your online order.
Can I use my Flex Spending account card?
Yes, we accept FSA and HSA credit cards. This payment method is processed like any other credit or debit card.
Orders
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once we receive your frames, most glasses will be ready to ship within 7 to 10 business days.
How can I check the status of my order?
From the time that we receive your frames at our lab, lens production is about 7-10 business days on average. All lenses go through a meticulous quality inspection before being shipped back to you. If there are any imperfections at all, we may re-process your lenses so they are perfect, which can delay final shipment. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number. You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your account.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to your order for any reason, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Please note we can only accept changes to an order up until your frames have arrived at our lab.
How can I review my previous orders?
You can easily review your previous lens orders by logging into your account and look under Order History.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Returns: Since we are making these lenses specially for you, we are unable to sell them to someone else if you change your mind. If you decide you want a different option or coating, we have to remake the entire pair of lenses from scratch. Therefore we are unable to accept returns. If the lenses match the prescription and specs we received from you and they are made correctly, you should love them. If we make a mistake, or there is something you are unhappy about, we will do our best to make it right.
Re-makes: If we did anything incorrectly, we will happily re-make your lenses to the specs you provided us. You have 30 days from the day you receive your new lenses to notify us if anything is wrong. If it was our mistake, we will happily pay for shipping back to our lab and re-make your lenses free of charge.
What do I need to place an order?
Your Prescription, your (PD) Pupil Distance measurement, your Fitting Height measurement and your Frame.
What forms of payment do you accept?
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal Express, Amazon Pay, gift cards, store credit, and HSA/FSA credit cards.
